WHAT A CoE IS
Each CoE sets a clear charter and outcome measures, publishes open reference patterns, tests them against real constraints, develops practitioner skills and shares measured results through demos and case studies.
WHY IT MATTERS
Practitioners gain proven patterns, safer changes and a peer network. Leaders connect investment to KPIs while reducing risk and building skills. Sponsors contribute to credible thought leadership and co-developed work with potential pilots.
WHERE THIS HAPPENS
CoEs work through private online channels and bi-monthly working sessions, with quarterly cross-CoE showcases and IoT Slam or partner workshops as annual anchors.
HOW IT WORKS

PROGRAMS AND DELIVERABLES
Outputs include device-to-governance reference architectures with design rules and BOMs; one-page use-case blueprints; operating and rollback playbooks; role-based masterclasses and exams; and assurance packs that map policies to controls and evidence.
